“The Miriam College community gathers at the football field to celebrate Women’s Month.
With this year’s theme, “Towards Just a World: Advancing Rights, Equality, and Empowerment for Women and Girls Everywhere,” both the Miriam College Basic Education Unit and Higher Education Unit community celebrate to Gabriela’s anthem, “One Billion Rising.”

Dressed in purple to symbolize solidarity with women across the globe, the event serves as a powerful reminder to honor one’s femininity and empower women to continue striving for strength and equality every day.

This year’s Institutional Dance Mob is organized by Miriam College – Women and Gender Institute – WAGI, in partnership with Human Resources Division, Office of Student Affairs, and Marketing and Communication Office.
