“GABRIELA and the Gabriela Women’s Party (GWP) held a One Billion Rising (OBR) dance protest with the Manila local government unit and students at Luneta Park, Manila, on Thursday, March 6.
The One Billion Rising campaign seeks to end rape and sexual violence against women by raising awareness, fostering solidarity, and demanding justice through creative and empowering demonstrations such as dance protests.
