“The Capiz State University – Pilar Satellite community joined the One Billion Rising Dance campaign last February 14, 2024. This global movement calls for an end to all forms of violence against women.
The Gender and Development Office in partnership with the Guidance and Counseling Services and school organizations, the event emphasized the power of solidarity among women in demanding justice and equality.
