“VOICES returned for its ninth year last Friday, bringing together teachers and high school students for a powerful evening of spoken word, poetry, dance and music. As part of the global V-Day campaign by One Billion Rising, the performance highlighted the experiences of marginalised individuals affected by gender-based violence, calling for awareness and change.
