Tipped Over the Edge: Gender Inequality in the Restaurant Business  

The recent report available in full HERE  reminds us that this is directly tied to violence because women have to rely on the mercy of customers, while 7% of American women work in restaurants, 37% of all sexual harassment claims come from the restaurant industry. This is unacceptable!
