Men in Albay, Philippines – including military, police and local government units – held a One Billion Rising 2025 Mens Congress. They used “Man Prayer” by V (formerly Eve Ensler) as their guide.

“Men from various sectors across the province have gathered for the One Billion Rising Activity 2025 Men’s Congress, spearheaded by the Provincial Gender and Development, today, February 21, 2025, at the Proxy by the Oriental Albay, Legazpi City.
