One Billion Rising Japan kicks off with the following dance actions:

① February 6th (Sat) 15: 45-16: 45 : Break the Chain Dance Lesson . It will be live-streamed online.

② February 14th (Sun) 15: 00-15: 30 : Dance Break the Chain at Naka-Ikebukuro Park in Toshima Ward. We will also have a rally calling for an action to end violence against women.

③ February 14th (Sun) 18: 00-19: 30 Let’s dance Break the Chain together on St. Valentine’s day. We will also hold a dance lesson and a keynote speech by famous activist Yumi Ishikawa.
Yumi Ishikawa is the founder of the # KuToo movement which is an ongoing movement against the high heel policy in workplaces in Japan.

④ March 8 (Monday) Edited film of an event on February 14th will be delivered on YouTube!
