Bangladesh activists launched their 2014 One Billion Rising for Justice activities in South Asia on Nov 30th. In addition to the RISING on 14 Feb which will feature dance, theater, pledges and testimonials on the topic of Justice, a group of local youth have organized a program on 18 Jan, 2014. The showcase THE INDOMITABLE will provide a platform for people to spend a day with people sharing their experiences, their learning, their challenges of becoming leaders in their own ways. The event will feature speakers such as Champa Chakma, who defied the gender stereotype that sports are a “boy’s thing” is a national role model as a successful member of the women’s football and cricket team.
