We are happy to share with all of you the OBR-India newsletter for November 2017. The month of November has been busy with various states organising preparatory meetings, many launching OBR and others organising events in light of the 16 Days of Activism for Violence Against Women. The OBR-2018 campaign is picking up pace, our focus and political commitment is strong, and this time we are trying to make sure our RISINGs spread more strongly to regions in the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir and South India.
