ONE BILLION RISING 2026:
VIOLENCE DOES NOT COME IN THE BAG – MUNICH 2025/2026
This year, together with charity organizations, which are engaged in helping people affected by violence in the social environment, and with around 200 bakery branches in and around Munich, a strong sign against violence, for more awareness and civil courage.
On the 25th. In November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, 250,000 bags of bread with important aid will go over the counters in the Bäcker-Innung Munich, Landsberg and Erding. In addition, 16,000 bags and campaign flyers are distributed at the vocational schools in Munich. We are happy to be able to extend the campaign this year on Landsberg am Lech – participating bakeries there are handing out bread bags with regional aid offers.
In the next weeks, we will introduce the action “Violence does not come in the bag” from Munich, Landsberg and Erding.
