One Billion Rising for Justice events are taking place across Italy, including Rimini, Alghero, Sassari, Trieste, Merano, Parma and beyond. Students are rising in schools by sharing their visions and stories; women in prisons are rising, and eco-activists are joining the campaign to address ecological justice as Feb 14 is also national Eco-Save day in Italy. Another great partnership that has emerged is OCCUPY! in Turin is rising for Justice as well.
