One Billion Rising Dumaguete launched their OBR Revolution 2016 campaign with two events: the first last November – Rising for Mother Earth and Climate Justice. V-Day and OBR Dumaguete have been Rising for the preservation of Mt. Talinis and have been at the forefront of Rising for Mother Earth since One Billion Rising began 4 years ago. Their second OBR event was at the launch of iFight campaign against human trafficking where V-Day and OBR advocates danced the OBR dances as part of their protest.
