About The Event

As a non-profit, Dancefx has given back to the Atlanta area and dance communities in a diverse capacity throughout its existence since 2000 and is continuing to try to top its efforts each year. This year, DanceFX Atlanta would like to join the One Billion Rising Revolution by hosting a V-Day event in our Femme Hip-Hop class where you will learn a choreographed hip hop dance with a sexy, feminine twist! Features a fun warm-up along with a quick combination. Drop-in class rate is only $7, of which $5 will be donated to the One Billion Rising Revolution. Join us for some fierce, femme fun on Valentine's Day! Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm

About The Organization

DanceFX Atlanta

Established in 2000 by Danielle Mason Hosker, DanceFX is a non-profit dance organization dedicated to bringing professional quality, cutting-edge dance to the Athens and Atlanta area communities. The sole intent is to provide dancers and dance enthusiasts of college-age and above with elite training, premier faculty and cutting-edge choreography. We remain the only dance program with a full spectrum of beginner through advanced classes just for adults in a multitude of diciplines. Students and professionals, this is your studio and we welcome you!

Dancefx provides continuing dance education and a performance outlet for dancers and artists to express themselves creatively through such programming as Dancefx Studio Program, Contact Dance Company, Dancefx Concert Dance Company, FX 2/3 Concert Company, Soundfx, Charleston Dance Project, Dancefx Charleston, DanceATHENS Dance Festival, Official Athens Dance Day and the Dancefx Community Outreach Initiative.
