I dream of a world where individuals can grow, learn, and flourish in their lives and live to express their unique gifts and perspectives while allowing for needs, limitations and challenges.

People need to be secure in their space and in their person, free of aggressing others. That aggression and oppression can be physical, psychic, economic, political, environmental and even historically based. Stop it! Let’s all work for change. Speak up, speak out and celebrate our collective humanity. Condemn violence, protect others and yourself. Put energies to work for good. Dance, poetize, make art, make music, make food…and share. Never give up, give in or forget. Make your outer match your inner. Make your government match your personal politics. Be your best self and shine. Be alert to injustice and solve problems. A billion is just ONE with a zillion zeros. Be a ONE, not a zero. WE can improve the world.
