Justice is not a restoration of dignity and humility, it often identify the perpetrator and the victim. True justice is the ideal society that live by acknowledge the human rights of others, that entitle all to explore and present the individual believe and choices, without judgement, rejection or margalization. Justice can’t prevail by majorities and convention, it is the very value of the perception of “difference” that generate the cruel onslaught of stereotypes and prejudice. For how can society redeem their right to judge or rebuke the honest and open lifestyle of another human, or declare such existence inferior and dangerous, while tha individual have no impact on a social group. My society have blinded justice through corruption, immorality and the sugar coating of “bad element” to “robin hood of the poor”. Justice is hidden in the evidence that our guardians destroy, the protection from recourse and the misplacing of guilt from the sons and daughters they once projected as better then the homosexual next door. Justice is at ransom in the live of individuals, often isolated, rejected and conformed to a living hell, and Justice is served through self-denial and a armour of lies and untruths. Justice is the tears and regrets that keep the scales in balance for society to withheld judgment till beyond reasonable doubt.
