In honor of One Billion Rising's annual campaign to end violence against women worldwide, Sheila Kelley S Factor Los Angeles, Encino, Costa Mesa, Houston, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco Sisters In Motion, are asking the women of the world to Show uS How You Rise! Tag one of our participating studios on Facebook any time February 14th and tell us how you Rise to empower women. Include the hashtags #SFactorWeRise and #1billionrising to raise awareness for One Billion Rising. We will pick the most inspiring story, and give that lucky lady a Free S Factor Private Party for 10 women ($550 value, $650 in NY) in one of our participating studios! Sheila Kelley S Factor

Global femme leader Sheila Kelley is a passionate voice for the advancement of women in the world. Her personal mission is to elevate feminine culture so that it is more in balance with male-dominated culture. Through her women's fitness company Sheila Kelley S Factor™ and her 2012 Tedx talk, Sheila is redefining "pole dancing" into an artistry of female empowerment for women. Sheila Kelley studied ballet, anatomy, and movement physiology at NYU’s Tisch School of Arts. Her educational background includes 11+ years of women’s studies, psychology, female neurology, and hands-on experience working with women of all ages and backgrounds. The world’s leading authorities in personal development, including Tony Robbins, often reference the depth and global significance of Sheila's findings. With a strong scientific foundation highlighting the differences between the genders, Sheila hopes to empower all women to express themselves in a wholesome way without shame or judgment.
