About The Event
In 2016, One Billion Rising Revolution Luxembourg coordinators are asking you to stand with family, friends, colleagues and strangers on another important issue to change the paradigm, demanded accountability, justice and systematic CHANGE. We rise to show we are determined to create a new kind of consciousness – one where violence will be resisted until it is unthinkable.
The program will begin with a brief welcoming followed by a moment of silence and end with a 45 minute zumba session uniting a community in a celebration for this revolution.

LGVI is an open and independent organization that promotes equal treatment for all by combating antigender and antisex discrimination.
LGVIs visions is to: show the complexity of gender and sex and how it exists in all aspects of society; encourage gender equality and research; inform the general public about various gender and sex issues; offer trainings and conferences on how to combat such realities; develop relationships and connect networks with similar interests locally, nationally and internationally
