I'm a 17 year old high school senior. I was introduced to One Billion Rising two years ago. Last year, as a witness of domestic violence for many years, I decided to bring One Billion Rising to my high school for the first time. I've been a dancer for my whole life and I had a personal connection which made the idea sound perfect to me. I'm proud to say I am continuing with it this year and will pass the job down to a caring, responsible friend of mine before I graduate. I hope to see this happening at my school every year from here on out.
