Avalon's 3rd Annual Break the Chain #vday flash mob on front street. Everyone is welcome to participate. Open to all ages. One Billion Rising movement is a yearly, global call to action to end violence against women. The movement was started by Eve Ensler, the author of the Vagina Monologues. This year celebrating its 20th year. We will have three practice gatherings to go over dance steps. By Wrigley Stage on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday at 6:00pm. Practice should be over by 6:30. You do not have to be at the practices to participate on Valentine's Day.
