The College Brides Walk is an educational initiative devoted to raising awareness about dating and domestic violence and building a community prevention effort.
Laura Finley is Assistant Professor of Sociology & Criminology at Barry University. She is author or co-author of 13 books, as well as numerous book chapters and journal articles. In addition, Dr. Finley is actively involved in many local, state, and national initiatives devoted to promoting peace, justice and human rights, including No More Tears, the Humanity Project, Floridians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty, Amnesty International, and the Peace and Justice Studies Association.
