About The Event
Rose Virginie Good Shepherd Centre will be part of the international "One Billion Rising" movement that seeks to end violence against women and girls worldwide. On 14th and 15th of February 2015, we will hosting a flash mob dance to create awareness within our local community that violence against women and girls is not acceptable. Through this dance, we want to express our joy that we have not been defeated by this violence. We rise to show that we are determined to create a new kind of consciousness - one where all forms of violence is unacceptable.
