Lucinda Evans, is a Khoisan Woman from Lavender Hill in the Western Cape for South Africa. She has been volunteering for 30 Years in various projects and the bulk of her time has been spend on Gender Base Violence Prevention and Child Protection.

In 2019 the BBC nominated her we one of 100 Influential Woman of the world. 2018 She also received the Chevier De Honneur bravery award for the frontline work on the Cape Flats for Gender Base Violence Prevention.

She has also co let marches like Am I Next March in Cape town and many others. She has been the coordinator for One Billion Rising South Africa since 2017.
