The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW /Essex strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children and families by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms. At our NCJW/Essex Center for Women, we work diligently to empower women. One of the Center's signature programs is the Teen Dating Abuse Project which reaches more than 2500 high school students in New Jersey to teach them about healthy dating relationships.
