I believe my revolution not only rests in my soul, but surely within my body. I am a woman who definitely possess inner strength to fight all odds, but it’s the realization of my sexuality as a woman which gives me the strong voice as an individual, which makes my creativity soar high, which gives me the strength to look straight into the eyes of family, society and state and fight against inequality. Why should I be ashamed or embarrassed to talk of my body, my very own sexuality? While in patriarchy one believes that to have supreme control over a woman’s body, possessing her is the best way to dominate her individuality, at the same time one can not take the courage of a woman to reveal her thoughts about her body and mind! What a contradiction…So I want to stand with thousands of women worldwide to speak about my revolution, my body, my mind.
