Justice looks the same. It looks like everyone being treated equally and fairly for doing the same work. As a woman and a feminist, I’ve seen it all over: omen doing the exact same jobs as men and being paid less for it. And while most feminists insist on raising the pay of women, I suggest an alternative: lower the pay of the men. If we work equal jobs, we get equal pay. Since it’s less likely for people to get the message that sexism and gender inequality by raising our pay, if you lower the men’s salaries to their female coworkers’ amounts, they might understand it sooner.
