Justice looks like women being able to walk, speak and thrive in their community without the threat of violence, rape, or murder. It means the end to all Human Trafficking — that every community says, “WE DO NOT LOOK UPON OUR WOMEN OR OUR CHILDREN AS COMMODITIES FROM WHICH TO MAKE A PROFIT. WE DO NOT SELL WOMEN HERE. WE CHERISH OUR YOUNG.” It looks like being able to tell the truth, without being victimized again. It looks like young girls and boys knowing what dignity of the human soul means. It looks like entire communities raising up and saying “NO MORE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT HERE. WE ARE ABOUT RESPECT!” Justice means more than equality. It means dignity.
