It was 4 years ago that I got out of my own way and set myself free from 34 years in an abusive marriage. I have two children who are grown and witnessed the abuse. My revolution is to see violence stop against every living being! These past 4 years have been incredible! I have met so many wonderful people who have been instrumental in my own healing . I suffer from post traumatic stress but have worked hard to find the tools to deal with this condition .I am sharing these tools with others who suffer from PTS and we are learning to love and respect ourselves together.
Equality is key for the healing of our world and every person speaking the truth and standing up against violence will raise the consciousness 10 fold!
