I am gathering a group of women to dance and appreciate ourselves.
To learn to love ourselves, to feel the power, fire and beauty within.
We will dance for hours to celebrate life and beauty.
So we can confidently go into the world and share this healing and this love.

My aim is to empower women to avoid being abused emotionally or physically.
To feel free and empowered, to make the choices they need to make to free themselves from abusive relationships.
To show the light where fear lies and to help and empower them to be fully free and be themselves.

To be a stand of freedom. To shine HOPE.
Because, there is always a way out.
