My revolution is about learning,
Remembering to breathe again,
Taking time to become comfortable by myself,
Transitioning with grace,
And finding the courage to press submit.

It’s about tuning in to WHAT I NEED,
And acting from my center.

My revolution is about owning all of myself,
about reclaiming something I’ve strayed away from.
About being brave and reaching out,
even when that feels like the scariest thing.

It’s about the POWER OF CONNECTION,
Finding my voice,
And my body’s magic once again.

My revolution is both personal and collective.
It’s about choosing love after being at an extreme low.

IT’S ABOUT GRATITUDE!
And dancing and singing and cartwheeling.
It’s about laughter and lightness,
And the times I feel so incredibly alone.
My revolution tells me, “Take a stand!”

My revolution has to do with that light within,
A reminder that we are not alone.
