If you are a man, like me, and you have the guts to step up and say I empathize with the cause… know that you can help!
Start by doing your share, treat women with respect and don’t weaken or hurt them because of your own fear. Be a man.
Set an example and show the women around you that they can be treated equally.

And don’t forget to spread the word.
