MY REVOLUTION – Video Series Guide

HOW TO MAKE A VIDEO: Shooting a One Billion Rising Revolution video is very simple.  You can use your computer, flip cam, phone, or video camera. Videos should be no longer than 2 minutes, and can include poetry, music, dance, art – anything that best helps YOU convey your revolution.

Let’s get started!

Remember, keep it short, be creative, be specific, and be personal. You can give an image, or even a fantasy of your revolution. Use your imagination, there is no wrong answer!

Please start your video with:

“My name is XXX, and my revolution…”

You can choose to expand your video to include answers to the below questions. Feel free to answer as many as you like:

1. Where are you from? What aspect of violence against women are you working to end?

2. Why are you rising for revolution?

3. Where will you rise? With whom? What have you planned?

And please end your video with:

“In February 2015, I am rising for revolution.”
