I have been a Zumba Instructor for 2+ years . I teach at The Belmont Athletic Club in Long Beach, Ca. and I also have my own private classes. On February 14th, 2013 and thanks to The Belmont Athletic Club; I held a V-Day event not knowing at that time, I had a fractured ankle. Well, it was the last time I would Zumba for a long while. I finally made my way back in October. The first thing I did was hold a Zumbathon: Zumba for the Cure, benefiting Susan G Komen LA County. Last month I hosted Zumba In Da Club for Cervical Health Awareness Month, benefiting The National Cervical Cancer Coalition. I am committed to use my Zumba to enhance the lives of men, women and children. With that said, it is my pleasure to dedicate my class on February 14, 2014, to be the voice for those women and girls who need people like us to rise up for them and to say enough is enough!
