After watching the video for One Billion Rising on Facebook I knew that I wanted to be one of those billion, however there was no event planned for my area, so in order to be a part of this I have decided to create an event. So with the help of some amazing women we are at the onset of planning Whitsundays Rising so that our voices may be heard and our energies added to those around the world.
