About The Event
💜 Wanita in conjunction with onebillionrising.org is running an online DJ live stream event with 18 female DJs across 8 countries to help end violence against womxn & girls worldwide.
💜 Collectively we are raising awareness and money for local charities/groups who are doing work to tackle violence against girls, womxn, cisgender & transgender. Each DJ taking part will select a charity or group in their local community who are doing anti-violence work.
💜 The event will be streamed on the 13th of February from 12:15 GMT from www.mixlcoud.com/wanitamusic
💜 Each participating DJ will play a 30-minute set playing female-fronted music across a range of music genres.
