About The Event
V-Day 1 Billion Rising For Justice is a global activist movement campaign which happens all around the world on February 14th to bring attention and most importantly justice on all crimes on gender violence. The justice campaign also emphasizes on bring justice on "ALL FORMS OF INEQUALITY, DISCRIMINATION, MISOGYNY AND PATRIARCHY" (One Billion Rising.org). On February 13-14th , at the International School of Panama, I will be leading an activity as a way to encourage the movement in our community in Panama. I will be having a session on February 14th at 12:30 - 1:10 (Lunch) openly requesting students to voice their opinion upon JUSTICE. "WHAT DOES JUSTICE MEAN TO YOU?"
What do I do at the event/workshop on Thursday?
You will be given a post it note at the V-Day Rise For Justice table outside the cafeteria and you can voice your personal opinion on "WHAT DOES JUSTICE MEAN TO YOU?" in terms of gender violence, discrimination, inequality, misogyny and patriarchy.

A 16 year old Junior High School Student at the International School of Panama pursuing the IB Diploma. Born in Caracas, Venezuela but has grown up as a Third Culture Kid, going to over 6 different schools in 4 countries. including Santo Domingo, Beijing and now Panama . Determined and passionate on making a change upon gender inequality, oppression, discrimination amongst others
