FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER serves victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Child Abuse and other violent crimes on St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island of the United States Virgin Islands. Our 24 hr operating agency delivers services of a wide variety at no cost to victims. We have a safehouse and also work with perpetrators of crime (separate from victims) to affect behavioral change, prevent further victimization and assist with justice for victims.
We have served this special population for almost 34 years. Through relationships with private and public entities and with the support of businesses and individuals, we are able to remain open and available, 24 hours per day and at no cost to victims of crime; visitors or residents.
