About The Event
Join Enso co-founder Gwen Soffer and Melissa Lucchesi, founder of Voices, Inc. in Media, Pa. for a trauma-informed women's self-defense workshop. Supported by a circle of women, we will learn to trust our bodies, our intuition, our responses, and our natural and fierce feminine power while learning simple and effective self-defense techniques. This is so much more than just a self-defense class. We will learn valuable self-defense skills as well as the skills of self-confidence and awareness that can be applied to all aspect of our lives. Gwen Soffer developed this program for women and girls and is committed to creating a safe space for women to join in community. This workshop will be taught in a trauma-informed way with no physical touch.
