About The Event
We will be dancing to end violence against women and support Thistle Farms (http://thistlefarms.org/) which supports women coming out of sex trafficking with housing, therapy and job skills.
What is TheGroove? Check out this link ( https://vimeo.com/85472012 ). All kinds of music and simple moves that anyone can do! We will have multiple instructors that all bring their unique style to the dance floor.

I have been teaching for several years mostly at the YMCA in Woodfin. There are currently classes on Tuesday mornings at 9 am and 8 am on Thursdays at the YMCA Woodfin.
