Cultural identity has always been a significant way to tell the story about who we are. Under the theme "Justice is Release" the SpeakingWombs organization is rising! We are inviting women to come together in freedom of releasing their true selves and share their cultural identity with each other and the world.
You are invited to join us and share your best-expressed identity , release the energy of your freedom to be who you are. Whatever that looks like , rocking your Natural hair , expressing your Original state of being , Wearing your Cultural clothes , Singing your childhood songs, telling Cultural stories, the list goes on.
Justice is the release of your true identity, we are rising in originality!
About The Organization
SpeakingWombs
SpeakingWombs is an organization spearheaded by women who advocate for women's leadership. We encourage and inspire women to take up the leading role in grassroots, governance and economic platforms. Through the engagement of community outreach, televised forums, the creation of arts , writing and capacity building we participate in societal progressive initiatives. Our activism is inspired by the call of duty.
We also engage in youth development projects, and collaborate with men in tackling men's issues.
SpeakingWombs is based in New York with ties in Africa.
