Kate Mueth and The Neo-Political Cowgirls are a not-for- profit women's dance theater company committed to making work for, by and about women so to put our voices readily into the fabric of our society. Our outreach includes workshops for girls and women to help them through dance theater to explore their own voices and to put their stories center stage.
Kate Mueth is an Equity actor, director and choreographer who is founder and Artistic Director of The Neo-Political Cowgirls dance theater company. She has worked at Lincoln Center, The Watermill Center, Irish Arts, Neighborhood Playhouse, The John Drew Theater at Guild Hall, Bay Street Theatre and many other theaters. She is a VoiceOver artist as well as a teaching artist who is committed to making theater for the sake of raising awareness as well as for social justice causes.
