About The Event
Weather Permitting WE intend on meeting at the Gallivan Center and have a Meet and Greet with a Short March up the hill to the UTAH STATE CAPITAL. There we will have access to the Rotunda where we will have a short program explaining what SHEROES United is and WHY we RISE with One Billion Rising. There will be a Scholarship awarded to one woman vetted out that will provide her with one Year of Training and Coaching. We will be entertained by a Wonderful Polynesian Cultural Dance Group. And Many other surprises.
Upon the program completion we will move to the Capital Steps where we will all Participate in the Largest Flash Mob OBR Event in UTAH. Men, Women and Children all all welcome. Wear your SHEROES Swag or Red, Black, White, or Pink Combinations. Costumes and creative clothing are always welcome. Family Friendly of Course. If you have not attended one of these events this will be the time to do so. Our event grows every year and you will walk away feeling overjoyed and Empowered. Food will be available at a special rate in the Capital Cafeteria. Please dress in layers as it may be very cold. This is an event that over ONE Billion People are doing in Unison. SO BE PART OF THE CHANGE. Rise with US!!!
