About The Event
Este evento es parte de un movimiento mundial para erradicar la violencia. Las mujeres están siendo desproporcionadamente afectadas por la violencia en el mundo. Nuestro evento de este año tratará de crear conciencia sobre los recursos en nuestra propia comunidad para los afectados por la violencia y también es un evento para celebrar a las mujeres y bailar y hacer valer el derecho de todos a la salud y el control sobre sus propios cuerpos. This event is part of a global movement to end violence. Women are still disproportionately affected by violence in the world. Our event this year will seek to raise awareness about the resources in our own community for those affected by violence and it is also an event to celebrate women and to dance and to assert everyone's right to wellness and control over their own bodies. All are welcome: families, children, men and women. We will dance and tell stories and local organizations will give information. This event is free to all the community. The event will be held in Spanish - Simultaneous English Interpretation will be available.
