About The Event
We invite the community to join the girls of WACY (Women's Advisory Council for Youth) at Ophelia's Place, the ASUO Women's Center, and Grrrlz Rock, at Mac Court on the University of Oregon campus for a day of music, dance, informational presentations, and empowered celebration! Please come to show your support for ending violence against women, being an ally, sharing voices, and dancing! ALL are welcome!

Ophelia’s Place is a prevention based organization dedicated to helping girls make healthy life choices through empowerment, education and support. At Ophelia’s Place we believe in girls’ strengths and encourage them to discover and nurture their gifts as they become young women. By the simplest definition, we are a “community for girls.” At Ophelia’s Place, all girls are safe, valued and powerful.
