About The Event
Rising in the Rain is a One Billion Rising event sponsored by the Women’s Advisory Council for Youth (WACY) of Ophelia’s Place. The event will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm on February 14th at Ophelia’s Place, 1577 Pearl St. Eugene, OR, 97401. WACY will be debutingan original production, “The Training Bra Monologues”,at 2:30pm, followed by a raffle benefiting Sexual Assault Support Services (SASS). There will be tablers, snacks, a chocolate fountain, and more!

Ophelia’s Place offers a wide range of opportunities to girls. Services include afternoon drop-in, school-based programming, skill-building, classes & clubs, and therapy.
