About The Event
For the fifth time in a row students from the Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts organize an event for One Billion Rising. This year more than 400 people will join the RISE. Students from different high schools, children from an asylum center and people from all over Tilburg will dance on the 10th of February!
We will dance, laugh, make music and have fun, but most of all, we will RISE together!
About The Organization
Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts
Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts (in Dutch: ‘Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten’, FHK) provides higher professional education on bachelor’s and master’s degree level in the field of: art education and performing arts.
In close collaboration, teachers and students of the Fontys Academy for Dance Education organize the yearly events for One Billion Rising with their own RISE since 2013. They hope to reach and involve more people every year!
