Carolyn is the Lead of Pure Potential Scotland which creatively facilitates positive change within individuals, communities and services. Carolyn has various hats which include being a Movement Medicine Teacher, Therapist and Suicide Intervention Specialist. Carolyn is a queer cis woman and a survivor or sexual abuse and assault. Carolyn is passionate about movement and dancing and how powerful these are for personal transformation. Carolyn brings dance, heart connection and the power of nature to support others to connect to their own powerful resources for transformation so they can live a free and joyful life.
