About The Event

Raise The Vibration is V-Day SDSU's annual performance, which seeks to tell the stories of the unheard and raise money for a local San Diego nonprofit. Raise The Vibration is a play told in episodes; a dialogue told in single stories. The show is comprised of over 20 student written poems, monologues, scenes and songs, all revolving around this year's theme: In Between. These stories highlight those who do not fit, who embrace liminality, and who are forever in a state of transition. We hope you will join us for this revolutionary event.

About The Organization

V-Day SDSU

V-Day SDSU is the San Diego State University branch of V-Day. Identifying as the campus' only performing arts and activism club, V-Day SDSU aligns ourselves with the global mission of both V-Day and One Billion Rising. Locally, we work to tell the stories from marginalized communities on our campus, many of which may otherwise go unheard. We donate all the proceeds from our performances to local non-profits in the San Diego area.
