About The Event
Girls and the Planet presents Raise the Vibration 2022. RtV is a performance piece written and performed by women (cis, trans, non-binary) of the Roanoke Valley community about things we find important. It's happy and sad, funny and poignant. There may be poetry, dance, music, or monologues. It is all about amplifying voices that are too frequently silenced.
About The Organization
Girls and the Planet
We are a brand new theatre group based in Roanoke, VA. We are dedicated to producing theatrical works that amplify marginalized voices. We donate at least 25% of all proceeds to a local NPO dedicated to assisting our community.
