1:00 – 1:30 Take to the streets by marching down Pacific Avenue (closed for event) from Cathcart St. to Cooper St. Gather at 12:45 in front of Kiantis with your families & signs
COMMUNITY FAIR at Abbott Square (Cooper St. and Pacific Ave.)
1:30 – 2:00 Dancing, Music, Drumming
2:00 – 3:00 Performance Art and Singing
3:00 – 4:00 Dancing, Poetry
COMMUNITY FAIR inside Museum of Art & History (705 Front St.)
2:00 – 3:00 Men’s Panel Discussion “What Does it Mean to Be a Man?”
3:00 – 3:30 Teen Workshop “Healthy Relationships”
One Billion Rising Santa Cruz is a collaborative event that brings together many of the organizations in our community that are working on solving the different aspects of violence against women.
