A colourful flashmob held in the heart of Rome by women for migrant women and children who have been or are victims of violence.
With a revolutionary action starting from the body in motion we all want to express the idea that women affected by violence have the strenght to react and to re-appropriate of their own body and life, and dancing and singing they celebrate their freedom.
In collaboration with One Billion Rising Italy.

Un flashmob coloratissimo nel cuore di Roma tenuto dalle donne per le donne e i bambini e le bambine migranti vittime di violenza.
Con un'azione rivoluzionaria che parte dal corpo esprimeremo e dimostreremo che le donne colpite dalla violenza hanno la forza di reagire e di riappropriarsi del loro corpo libertà e della loro vita, ballando e cantando celebreremo la loro ritrovata libertà.

About The Organization
Differenza Donna NGO
DIFFERENZA DONNA was established in Rome on the 6th of March 1989, with the mission of spreading into society an overall gender culture and particularly of bringing to light, understanding, combating, preventing violence and all social problems affecting women’s lives. By moving from theory to practice, the organization conceived the project of establishing Shelters in Italy for women in difficult circumstances or experiencing domestic and all forms of violence. Since the beginning it was planned the expertise of different professions for effectively combating discrimination.
